Ontario boasts a wide variety of community-based training agencies that connect qualified immigrant professionals to the labour market in a variety of ways.
Agencies wishing to profile their clients on SkillsInternational.ca must register and sign the Agency Participation Agreement which outlines common standards for assessing and establishing an immigrant professional as "job-ready". This assessment considers language proficiency, education and other barriers to employment.

- Skills International will review your registration application and contact you
- Skills International will provide an Agency Participation Agreement that outlines the terms of use
- Sign and return the Agency Participation Agreement to Skills International
- Skills International will provide login information
- Login and start using the application
